SCHEDULE “A – 2025”

CUSTOM MACHINERY RENTAL RATES – (Effective January 8th, 2025)

RATES FOR MOTOR GRADER/DOZER/SCRAPER/LOADER/BATWING

Ratepayers – $ 150.00 per hour Grader, Snowplow, Loader, Mower, Agrator

Ratepayers – $ 150.00 per hour Cat Dozer and Scraper

No stones or large trees to be removed with the Municipal Dozer.

RATES FOR MUNICIPAL GRAVEL TRUCK AND AGGREGATE

Ratepayers – $ 150.00 per hour for hauling gravel and shale

– $ 20.00 per yard for crushed gravel (maximum 5 loads)

– $ 10.00 per yard for shale (maximum 10 loads)

– $ 10.00 per yard for pit run/sand

– $ 1.00 /yard – loading only

Non-ratepayers – $ 1.50 /yard – loading only

RATES FOR EQUIPMENT WITHIN WARD 4 BOUNDARIES

Crushed Gravel – $ 30.00 per yard delivered if less than 15 minutes

Tractor – $ 100.00 per hour

Garbage Truck – $ 100.00 per hour

2 Ton Truck – $ 100.00 per hour

2 Ton Truck with Sander – $ 120.00 per hour

Sewer Truck – $ 250.00 per hour plus $2.00 per km

Effluent Placed in Lagoon – $ 30.00 per load

All Water – $ .002 per liter ($5 minimum charge per quarter)

Scale/Water Fobs – $ 20.00 refundable deposit

Shingles Tipping Fee – $ .05 per pound one bundle = 70lbs ($3.50 / bundle)

Sewer Camera (resident) – $ 200.00 per hour – one hour minimum

Sewer Camera (non-resident) – $ 350.00 per hour – one hour minimum, $2 per km

JD Mower/Sweeper – $100.00 per hour

All custom work completed “after hours” will be invoiced at a flat rate of $200.00 plus

one hour minimum charge per machine used.

INTERMUNICIPAL RATES (GOVERNMENT RATES)

Intermunicipal work rates as above. Intermunicipal work done for those Municipalities

that have higher rates, for like equipment, than the above set rates, will be subject to their

respective higher rate.

CONDITIONS/REGULATIONS

No work is to be done outside of the Municipality of Glenboro South Cypress, with the

above equipment, unless first authorized by Council. Minimum charge for any custom

work to be ½ hour. Any custom work requested during the year 2025 to be done at

Council’s discretion, with same being subject to priority of Municipal projects/work and

availability of said equipment. A “Release for Private Works Services on Private

Property” form must be signed and filed at the Municipal Office prior to any custom

work being performed for the respective applicant.
