Glenboro Kinsmen Community Hall

The Glenboro Kinsmen Community Hall is owned and operated by the Glenboro Agricultural Society.

The Hall has a capacity of 311. There are 25 round tables, 54 plastic rectangular long tables, two small round bar tables (tall), and 299 chairs.

Glenboro Hall Rental Fees

  • For rentals requiring a liquor permit, two bartenders are required.
  • There will be a $50 charge for any additional days for setup or clean up.

Fees

  • Social functions with a liquor permit (use of kitchen and bar) — $500
    • Includes Socan/Entandem License
    • Damage deposit of $200 required when signing rental agreement (Examples: weddings, Safe Grad, socials, dances)
  • Functions with/without a liquor permit (use of kitchen and bar) — $300
    Examples: Banquets, wedding receptions, anniversaries, club functions
  • Trade Shows / Craft Sales / Dinners / Funerals / Flu Clinics (kitchen only; no bar) — $200
  • Small function under 100 people (use of kitchen; no bar) — $150
  • Small function under 50 people (use of kitchen; no bar) — $100
  • Small function under 50 people (no kitchen; no bar) — $50
  • Small activity under 25 people (no kitchen; no bar) — $25
  • Meetings up to 4 hours in length — $50
  • Meetings over 4 hours in length — $100
