“BOOT CAMP” FOR SENIORS

WHERE:  RAYSTONE CENTRE
WHEN:  TUESDAY’S and  THURSDAY’s in May.
TIME:  4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Please join us for an exercise class that includes 20 minutes each of walking, weights and yoga.  Suitable for a beginner.  Bring runners and a water bottle.

The Police Academy: Older Adult Division is an innovative program focusing on skills and safety principles for older adults which empowers participants with information in a fun atmosphere.
